By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Educational Service Usage
Course Enrollment and Access
- Students must complete the enrollment process and payment before gaining access to course materials
- Course access is granted for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement
- Students are responsible for maintaining their login credentials and account security
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- • Active participation in classes and discussions
- • Collaborative learning with fellow students
- • Using course materials for educational purposes
- • Creating portfolio projects as part of coursework
- • Providing constructive feedback to peers
Prohibited Activities
- • Sharing course materials with non-enrolled users
- • Recording or redistributing course content
- • Disrupting classes or online discussions
- • Plagiarizing work from other sources
- • Using offensive or inappropriate language
Course Completion and Certification
Students who successfully complete course requirements will receive digital certificates:
- Certificates are issued upon meeting attendance and assignment completion requirements
- Digital certificates include verification codes for employer authentication
- Certificates remain valid and verifiable through our online system
Account Management and Access
Account Creation and Security
Registration Requirements
Students must provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it updated.
Password Security
Students are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting account access.
Account Monitoring
Students must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.
Account Suspension and Termination
Suspension Conditions
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.
Termination Grounds
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Appeal Process
Students may appeal account actions through our formal review process.
Multiple Account Policy
Each student is permitted one active account per course program. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not allowed and may result in account suspension. If you need to change your account information, please contact our support team.
Service Availability and Modifications
Service Uptime and Maintenance
Target Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible.
Emergency Maintenance
Critical issues may require immediate service interruption without prior notice.
Course and Feature Updates
Curriculum Updates
Course content is regularly updated to reflect industry trends and best practices. Students will be notified of significant changes.
New Features
We continuously improve our platform by adding new features and tools to enhance the learning experience.
Geographic Restrictions
Our services are primarily designed for students in Sri Lanka, though international students may enroll with additional considerations.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content Ownership and Usage
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, assignments, and design templates, are the intellectual property of DesignCraft Academy and our instructors.
Student Rights

We will always seek permission before using student work publicly and respect confidentiality requests.
Copyright and Trademark Notices
DesignCraft Academy™ and related logos are trademarks of our institution. Course materials are protected under Sri Lankan and international copyright laws.
If you believe any content infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately with detailed information about the alleged infringement.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Processing
Course Fees
All course fees are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
Payment Schedule
Full payment is required before course access. Installment plans may be available for premium programs.
Secure Processing
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways compliant with industry standards.
Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
Partial Refunds
Pro-rated refunds may be available in exceptional circumstances, evaluated case-by-case.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available after course completion, certificate issuance, or policy violations.
